Unhappy with how we’ve handled your personal data? Tell us first and we’ll try to put it right.
- We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days.
- We’ll keep you updated while we look into it, and tell you the outcome without undue delay.
- You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
What we do with your complaint
We use what you send only to handle your complaint. We keep the complaint and our replies for 2 years after it’s closed, then delete them. See our privacy policy for more.
